NOW we're talkin'! If you caught my review of some of the NYC Limited Edition Halloween 2013 products, you know that I wasn't too thrilled with that collection. This really bummed me out, because I generally love what NYC does with their limited edition collections. But thanks to longtime reader Kris Feral, I now have a new NYC limited edition collection to be excited about!
