Review: Fing'rs Get Spotted Nail Art Kit

Ever since I first shared pics of the new Fing'rs Heart 2 Art display that's now popping up at Walmart stores, I knew I had to get my hands on the Get Spotted Nail Art Kit. Like I mentioned in my original post, this looks like it could be a dupe of OPI Black Spotted, which was only available for a short time in France and Germany and goes for $20 or more on eBay.
