Unless you're lucky enough to live in a city with an Yves Rocher boutique (*waves to my lovely French and Canadians readers*), ordering from the Yves Rocher website can be a crap-shoot. There's a lack of comprehensive reviews of Yves Rocher products on the internet (especially for their makeup), and sometimes I luck out and find a really good review that convinces me to order
