A few weeks ago, I spotted a Boum fragrance display at Walgreens and I may or may not have let out a little squeal when I spotted it. Boum fragrances, by Jeanne Arthes, aren't that easy to come by at the drugstore (at least in my area) and I was so delighted to find three Boum eau de parfums in a little display at Walgreens for $9.99 each (3.3 oz).
